NoSomosDos, the duo formed by SouthAmerican expatriates, pianist Leo Genovese and drummer Gabriel Puentes, is back with their first live album, recorded in front of an enthusiastic crowd that packed the house at Jazzatlán Capital, one of Mexico City's finest Jazz clubs.

NoSomosDos brought their unpredictable musical story-telling to life in their own telepathic fashion, taking the public on a musical trip that left a deep impression on everyone in attendance. Masterfully captured by Gonzalo "Chacho" Peniche, one of Mexico's top sound engineers, this album showcases the duo's ability to depict the Universe, from silence to sound to thunder using the piano and the drums as mere objects for channeling something deeper that cannot be expressed by words.

Gabriel Puentes is a Chilean-born drummer settled in Mexico City since the end of last century. He has played/recorded w the most accomplished musicians from the local scene and is often required when leaders/soloists visit town.
